By using Settle Up Golf ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. What the App Does

Settle Up Golf is a tool for tracking golf scores and side games among a group of players. It is provided for recreational use only.

3. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" with no warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of scores, or availability of any feature. Use it at your own risk.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the round names, player names, and any other content you enter. Do not enter offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Appropriate Use

The App is intended for groups of golfers tracking friendly rounds. Do not use it for gambling, commercial score-keeping services, or any unlawful purpose.

6. No Financial Liability

Settle Up Golf is not responsible for any money exchanged between players as a result of scores tracked in the App. All side game settlements are between the players involved.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
