What We Collect

When you use Settle Up Golf, we store the following data to make the app work: round names, course names, player names, scores, and join codes. If you create an account, we also store your email address.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to display scores and leaderboards within the app. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond running the app.

Who Can See Your Data

Rounds marked "Public" and their final scores may be visible to other app users. Rounds marked "Private" are only accessible via join code. Player names and scores are visible to anyone in the same round.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Supabase (a managed Postgres database hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard security practices including row-level security and encrypted connections.

Cookies and Local Storage

The app uses browser localStorage to remember your active round between screens. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. If you entered player names on behalf of others, you are responsible for having their permission to do so.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it to enter data about children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page.
